I am a licensed architect with ten years of experience working with various architecture firms in Vancouver, British Columbia and Los Angeles, California, most recently with Woods + Dangaran Architects. I have extensive experience managing projects from conceptual design through construction, leading consultant teams and contractors at all stages of a project. I have had the opportunity to work on many high end new-build and extensive renovations of single family homes along with the development of multi-family and mixed use commercial-residential projects. 

My educational background is founded in a technical understanding of the craft of assembling buildings, from integrating building systems to detailing complex assemblies. My masters thesis was a critical study on the disposability of architecture, examining alternatives to traditional wasteful building practices and proposing environmentally conscious alternatives to design and methods of construction. I have always had a keen awareness of what is put into the world through our industry and aim to continue to reduce the overall impacts we have through the use of natural, long lasting materials.

I am currently based in Los Angeles, California.

As a senior project architect, I am involved in all phases of a project in a leadership capacity, from conceptual design to project completion. 

I play a key role in setting project milestones, meeting with clients to establish design perameters,  leading project teams through conceptual and design development; while also establishing the technical requirements of a project and providing a lead viewpoint on construction document production, interfacing with all required consultants, along with managing construction administration services and maintaining regular communication with contractor teams and owners throughout the duration of each project.
